  When you walk in you'll think you're in a bakery. And you are buts it's a doggie goodies bakery Treats baked on premises. Very friendly and professional grooming never disappoints. But do make an appointment!

  After a horrible grooming experience with my cat, Furby, at PetSmart, Woof Gang Bakery was so generous to fit us in last minute and did a wonderful job fixing him up. I will no longer take my fur baby anywhere else. Thank you Woof Gang Bakery!

  My wife read all the wonderful reviews so we scheduled an appointment for our Goldendoodle to have a full day of grooming- bath, full body haircut, and cleaning of the ears, nails, and sanitary areas. I’m surprised to say that our experience runs contrary to most of the reviews- we are so disappointed with his haircut. Now maybe it was the groomer, which we used (can’t remember her name) as this was our first experience here, but my wife and I will never use that groomer again (if we can determine her name?) or will not be back to this venue. My dog looks like he was sabotaged, violated, and ‘raped’ of all his hair. You would not recognize my dog if you knew him. He was shaved, almost completely bald, everywhere on his body. Now I’m very proactive with my pup and take wonderful care of him with exercise, brushing, and vet appointments. He is very friendly, well-behaved, and trained well. Upon picking up my dog, he came to me nervous- shaking and panting and even had a bout of diarrhea inside that back room where the grooming is done. This never happens with my boy! It almost seemed like he was abused behind closed doors. When I spoke with the groomer, she had a bad attitude and even gave me all his cut hair in a bag. What does she expect me to do with it, put it back on him? The receptionist and tech seemed so embarrassed by this and took the bag of hair away. Now maybe this is a wonderful place, but my groomer had a bad day. Having said all this, I would love to learn her name (tall, young Hispanic-looking woman with very long brown straight hair and mild accent - an attractive lady) so that I may determine whether to use just a different groomer or switch locations. My dog had two previous groomings at PetSmart with only positive experiences. He was at this Summerport Woofgang for 4 hours with no water, as he drank a whole bowl of water once home and did not have any diarrhea the rest of the day. If anybody can help me out with the name and/or recommendations, we would greatly appreciate it. Overall, I’m disgusted with my Goldendoodle’s experience.
